Too Cold for a Dip

Lunan Bay again. Its just a nice quite beach to have a walk around. The tide was coming in and there were little sea birds racing the waves back and forth. And lots of dogs chasing balls and chasing each other. Def. once we get a dog we would take it there a few times a month. Luka would have loved it. His little mind would have been overloaded :p Would try to do 50 things at once lol Oh chase a bird, oh chase the balls, oh play tag, oh chase someone elses ball, back to the bird, oh ok maybe not a Rook. Big bird :p back to the ball

Little stag plaque from 1856 on the side of a barn. Don't know if the barn was that old but it wouldn't surprise me. The few houses and barns that are down there do look old.

Bamse statue that is in Montrose. We went for a little drive after the beach. Maybe up to the highlands later. Well not right up there, too much snow right in the hills. Don't want to get stuck somewhere and have to resort to eating crumbs from in between the car seats

Tommorow it will probably only be one picture. Wont be more then one picture everyday, just on days where we go somewhere :)

    Poppy loves the sea!
Think most dogs do. Except my wee cairn.
She woudl only go in if she was too hot in the summer, always watching out for the waves...she didn't trust them!

  4. Love that statue of the dog! Our Jack Russell Terrier, Emmy, loves to go to the beach, jumps right in and swims. But my Standard Poodle won't have anything to do with the water-LOL!

Love the photo of the Lunan bay, it looks like a painting and the dog statue is neat too.

  6. Oh, I haven't been to the Coast in months. You have made me really wish I had the time to go soon. Both of my dogs hate the ocean though -- they are terrified of the waves. When I have a minute I want to read more about Bamse. He sounds like quite a character.

  8. Great pictures I especially love the Dog Statue and the old building. Lots of moss and texture there it looks like. So fun to see other parts of the world and what nice way to start the New Year.

  9. Beautiful photos. Not a large lizard population in Scotland so if you want a little lizard you will have to come to Florida.
