Day 2 :) I forget how much I like using ink until I start on an inked piece. I really need to do more ink work, maybe start a big pointillism piece. I loved doing that in school. I just get a rhythm going with making dot after dot, time seems to fly by. Go through a lot of pens though so would need to find my plastic quill pen so I dip the ink instead of using a pen (which can lose the tip point). I would love a feathered quill, not sure if I would use one but would be nice to have anyway :)

Small flower :) first one this year to bloom that we planted. Now only to wait for the rest to play catch up.

I think I will not be happy until I break a leg :/ I took a flight in the back, landed pretty hard. Knocked the wind out of me. Scraped my chin pretty good and bruised both palms. Messed my knee up too. Jeeze complain complain :p I am surprised no one complained when I yelled (ok swore and swore loudly), Mr.F heard me with all the windows closed. I think I should start living in a room lined with bubble wrap, but I would go around popping all the bubbles :p

  3. I love the dragon and the ink work! Pointillism is fun, but I don't know about a large scale one. ;D

Please take care of yourself my dear! Re the bubble wrap, have you ever walked on bubble wrap? My sons laid out a bunch of it, walked on it - sounded like a gun fight, they loved it!

  5. Great piece! I haven't worked in pen & ink in ages. My great grandfather was a p&i landmark artist. Maybe you'll inspire me:)
